How It Works

Your Golf Experience, Delivered and Ready to Play

From setup to support, we handle every detail so you and your guests can focus on having fun.

Setup

Our standard setup time is approximately 90 minutes before your event begins, giving us plenty of time to prepare for a smooth start. After the event, we handle takedown within 45 minutes for a quick, hassle-free wrap-up.

Our simulators feature advanced ball tracking, high graphics, & realistic gameplay that give the feel of playing on real courses.

Step 1

Space Requirements

For the best gameplay and comfort, we recommend a space of at least 15 ft x 18 ft. This ensures players can swing freely while spectators enjoy the action from nearby.

Step 2

Equipment

Each rental includes a full simulator setup, a high-definition display for spectators, and a standard right-handed golf set. Upon request, we can also provide left-handed, ladies’, and kids’ clubs so every guest feels included.

Support

Our on-site Golf Delivered team stays with you throughout the event to assist with gameplay, offer tips, and ensure everything runs flawlessly — from tech operation to helping first-time players feel confident.
